I attended Lee's Coffee Consultant Mastermind Group in Spring 2021. From the beginning, Lee was personable, encouraging, honest, and insightful. She made sure to get to know each attendee individually, thus making the group experience feel personalized. I truly felt like I had an instructor who knew me, my coffee career, and where I wanted to go.

Our bi-monthly lessons covered very pertinent topics in coffee consultation, such as marketing, program development & pricing, customer acquisition, and more. With that being said, most times we were able to go beyond these areas of discussion and take a deep dive into further subjects that were impactful for our future business plans. This added to our sessions being timely to current and future events, noticing the trends for now and in the future.

What I most appreciated out of this class was the honesty. Lee is upfront and honest in her thoughts and opinions, often providing the insight one truly needs to hear. Whether it was positive reinforcement, or a much-needed reality check, Lee's comments were heartful, grounded, fair, and earnest. Her instruction left me with clear and curated guidance, feeling very well prepared for the next steps to come.

I will highly recommend these classes to anyone who is looking to take the next step in their coffee career.
