An industry-wide roasting competition with a difference, breaking the boundaries between the public and judges, allowing everyone that ability to taste the competitors coffee and decide on their own winner. In 2018 and 2019 this event has taken place in its home city of Sydney, with both the judges’ choice and public choice winners being unanimous. In the lead up to the main event there are numerous workshops focused on education, new technology, competitions, cuppings and more.
