Gilberto’s strength and deep passion for coffee is his legacy and will live on forever through all of us that he inspired. RIP to a wonderful, inspirational giant of our industry! We wanted to re-present this conversation of just a couple of months as a way of honouring him. We offer our deepest condolences to his family.
