925 Robusta May Not Be The Answer | Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath | The Daily Coffee Pro Podcast

This is the 3rd of our 5-part series with Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath, coffee producers, tech professionals, and founders of the South India Coffee Company. In late September, India will be the first country in Asia to host the World Coffee Conference - a global coffee trade conference that will bring 80 nations together to tackle "Sustainability through the circular economy and regenerative agriculture". In the lead-up to this, Komal (an organiser of the event) and Akshay are on the podcast to discuss "Future Proofing Indian Coffee Production".

In this episode of the series, as the coffee world looks to robusta as a viable solution for sustainable coffee production amongst the increasing challenges of climate change, we look at the realities of whether this (and other proposed solutions) can achieve their desired impact or not.
