This is the 3rd in a 5 part series with Carlos Arcila from Cofinet. In this series, we'll be discussing the Colombian Coffee Supply Chain- its past, its present, and its future.

In this 3rd episode, Carlos gives an insight into the coffee innovation that has come out of Colombia. He pays particular attention to the innovative processing method directly attributed to Cofinet and created by Carlos's brother, Felipe Arcila. This experimental method, previously referred to as "infused coffee", is now called an "experimental fermentation processing method".
