#560 Carlos de la Torre: Mexican Coffee Labour Force and the Pandemic

This is the 4th of a 6-episode series with Carlos de la Torre, owner of multiple coffee small businesses in Mexico City, Mexico, including cafes, roastery's, and a coffee subscription service. Carlos was also the Mexican National Barista Champion multiple times and competed and won other coffee competitions throughout his career.

In this series, we'll be discussing how the Mexican coffee industry has changed since March 2020 across the entire value chain.
